Privacy
Your record is yours.
Perfly exists to keep a trustworthy record of your work over years. That only works if you trust us with it — so privacy isn't fine print here, it's the product.
What we store
- Your account email (for sign-in).
- The notes you log, and the structured items Perfly generates from them.
- If you connect Google Calendar: your events' titles and times — read-only — used to draft your day.
- Basic settings (off-work time, timezone).
What we never do
- We never train AI models on your data.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We request the minimum calendar scope (
calendar.readonly) — nothing more.
How it's protected
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Calendar refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
- Access is scoped to your account only.
Processors we use
To run Perfly we share data with a small set of providers, only as needed:
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
- Google Gemini — turns your notes into structured items and reports. Not used to train Google's models on your data.
- Google Calendar — only if you choose to connect it.
Your control
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting removes your record from our database.
